General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Contract Conclusion, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Owner Ivan Khainatskyi.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. More detailed provisions regarding any applicable shipping costs can be found with the offers.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Advance Payment

If you select advance payment as the payment method, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit Card

When placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your authentication as the rightful cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically carried out and your card is charged.

SEPA Direct Debit

By submitting the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). With the submission of the SEPA direct debit mandate, we instruct our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The account is debited before the goods are shipped. The deadline for the advance notification of the account debit date (so-called prenotification period) is 5 days.

PayPal, PayPal Express

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately afterward. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

PayPal Plus

As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details, confirm PayPal's use of your data and the payment instruction to PayPal.

Credit Card via PayPal

If you have chosen credit card as the payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your authentication as the rightful cardholder by your credit card company at PayPal's request, and your card is charged. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Direct Debit via PayPal

If you have chosen direct debit as the payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal instructs its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Invoice via PayPal

If you have chosen invoice as the payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only make payment to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policy apply in addition to our terms and conditions.

Sofort by Klarna

After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterward by Sofort and your account is debited.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. To process the order and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or first register and authenticate with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm Amazon's use of your data and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by Amazon. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Purchase on Account via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the option to purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days.

Invoice

You pay the invoice amount by bank transfer to our bank account after receiving the goods and the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person immediately if possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees
